We at Key Fobs And Remotes have a 30 day return policy. This means that you have 30 days from delivery to return an item. Returns cannot be accepted past this window. Keys that are returned must be unused, uncut, must not be programmed, and returned with all original packaging. If the keys are not returned in original condition, you may be subject to a partial refund. If you send an item that is different than the product that was sent out, then we will send your item back to you and we will be unable to process a refund. Once a key is returned back to our facility, we will inspect it and process a refund within a week of receiving the item depending on the condition.
We do not refund shipping costs and the customer is responsible for paying return shipping. We cannot reimburse programming costs. Our keys are tested before leaving our facility and we cannot control other factors that may prevent your key from programming. Factors can include a locksmith or dealer not having the correct equipment or knowledge to program your key, a damaged OBD port, or other vehicle related issues. It is also possible that the key is not the correct part number and FCC for your vehicle, which will prevent the key from programming. Your vehicle might also have manual locks instead of electronic locks, in which a remote will not be functional.
