We at Key Fobs And Remotes have a 30 day return policy. This means that you have 30 days from delivery to return an item. Returns cannot be accepted past this window. Keys that are returned must be unused, uncut, must not be programmed, and returned with all original packaging. If the keys are not returned in original condition, you may be subject to a partial refund. If you send an item that is different than the product that was sent out, then we will be unable to process a refund. Please make sure that you are contacting the correct company before sending your return. We do not reship out items. Once a key is returned back to our facility, it will be inspected and a refund will be processed depending on the condition.
We do not refund shipping costs and the customer is responsible for paying return shipping. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We cannot reimburse programming costs. Our keys are tested before leaving our facility and we cannot control other factors that may prevent your key from programming. Factors can include a locksmith or dealer not having the correct equipment or knowledge to program your key, a damaged OBD port, or other vehicle related issues. It is also possible that the key is not the correct part number and FCC for your vehicle, which will prevent the key from programming. Your vehicle might also have manual locks instead of electronic locks, in which a remote will not be functional.
If a customer provides an incorrect or partial address and a package is returned back to Key Fobs And Remotes, we will contact you that your package has been returned. We will send a refund for the product only. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
